Successful Story | National Hsinchu Living Arts Center

Some products win the market with specs. Others prove their value over time.

On a recent visit back to the National Hsinchu Living Arts Center, we saw a familiar air quality monitor still running on site—steady as ever. It wasn’t the latest model, and it didn’t even carry the name people know today: iAeris. Back then, when Sysinno launched its first generation of air quality monitors, it was called Aeris.

This particular Aeris unit was purchased and installed in 2016.

Now in 2026, a full 10 years later, it’s still operating reliably and performing as intended.

In that moment, we felt truly moved—and incredibly proud.

Reliable for 10 Years—More Than Durability, It’s a Commitment

An air quality monitor isn’t the kind of device you simply install and forget.

In a public venue, it has to operate continuously over long periods of time, facing challenges such as:

  • non-stop day-and-night operation

  • constant temperature and humidity changes

  • the build-up of dust and airborne pollutants

  • crowds, shifting conditions, and unpredictable real-world usage

To keep performing reliably for 10 years under these conditions is about more than durability—it reflects Sysinno’s commitment to quality. We don’t build one-off devices; we build dependable tools that support long-term facility management.

The First-Generation Aeris: Where Sysinno’s Journey Truly Began

Looking back today, the Aeris from 10 years ago was truly our very first generation.

At the time, we were still learning what the market needed and continuously fine-tuning the product for long-term stability. From hardware design and firmware logic to electronic components and sensor selection—every detail went through countless rounds of discussion, testing, and improvement.

We knew that for an air quality monitor to be deployed in a public venue, it had to meet two essential requirements:

  • data you can trust

  • equipment you can rely on

And reliability has never been just a slogan—it’s earned through consistent performance, day after day.

Installed at the National Hsinchu Living Arts Center: A Quiet Guardian of Indoor Air Quality

The National Hsinchu Living Arts Center is a vibrant cultural venue, hosting exhibitions, events, classes, and a steady flow of visitors. In a space like this, air quality plays a critical role—not only in overall comfort, but also in health and well-being.

Operating on-site for years, the Aeris air quality monitor has played a “quiet but essential” role by:

  • providing real-time visibility into indoor air quality

  • providing real-time visibility into indoor air quality

  • helping facility teams maintain a healthy indoor environment

  • serving as a reliable reference for air quality management during events and exhibitions

These may seem like everyday functions, but they are in fact an indispensable part of maintaining quality in public spaces.

From Aeris to iAeris: 10 Years of Progress and Persistence

Over the past decade, Sysinno has continued to grow—and so have our products.

From the original Aeris to today’s iAeris air quality monitoring series, we’ve made major improvements in:

  • sensor performance and algorithm accuracy

  • device stability and easier maintenance

  • system integration and cloud-based management

  • design and better adaptability to different environments

But one thing has never changed:

we’ve always placed long-term reliability at the heart of what we build.

Seeing It Still Running Makes Us Truly Proud

To most people, it’s simply a device that’s still operating.

To us, it represents a piece of our history—and proof of everything we’ve worked for.

It reflects Sysinno’s determination 10 years ago, and all the long nights our team spent testing, fine-tuning parameters, and solving real-world issues on site.

And today, as it continues to run steadily at the National Hsinchu Living Arts Center, it feels as if it’s quietly reminding us:

every effort we made back then was worth it.

Sysinno: Proving Product Value Over Time

Air quality management is a long-term effort, not a one-off project.

We believe that truly great equipment isn’t just “good the day it’s installed.” It’s reliable, trustworthy, and effective years later, still safeguarding the spaces it serves.

We are grateful to the National Hsinchu Living Arts Center for their years of trust and use, and to every partner and user who has allowed us to protect more spaces with technology.

Looking ahead, Sysinno will continue to improve iAeris, making it even more stable, accurate, and dependable.
